Question 1

How do you price parts vs. labor?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the reviewed scope, equipment, parts, travel and requested timing. Ask the team to confirm the quote and billing terms before authorizing work. No fixed rate is confirmed by a service request.

Question 2

What is your diagnostic process?

Accepted Answer

Begin by sharing symptoms, fault codes, the robot model and recent changes. The team will discuss an appropriate assessment and its scope before scheduling work.

Question 3

Do you carry insurance and safety certifications?

Accepted Answer

Share the insurance, training and qualification documentation your facility requires. Request and review the applicable evidence with the team before confirming work; this website does not certify qualifications or coverage.

Question 4

Do you offer 24/7 emergency robot repair?

Accepted Answer

Submit your requested urgency and production impact. The team confirms availability and scheduling after reviewing the request; around-the-clock service or a particular arrival time is not guaranteed.

Question 5

Do you support AMRs and warehouse robots?

Accepted Answer

Requests can include mobile robots and warehouse automation. Share the model, fleet system, symptoms and integration details so the team can review the scope and availability.

Question 6

Do you provide remote support?

Accepted Answer

The team can review whether a remote assessment is appropriate for your issue and facility policies. Any access arrangements must be agreed separately. Do not send passwords or access credentials through the request form.

Question 7

Can you work inside active production lines?

Accepted Answer

Describe operating conditions, planned downtime, site access and safety requirements. Work arrangements must be reviewed with your facility team before service is confirmed.

Question 8

Will repairs void my robot warranty?

Accepted Answer

Warranty terms depend on the equipment manufacturer and agreement. Review those terms with the manufacturer before authorizing repairs or changes. A service request does not establish OEM authorization or preserve a warranty.

Question 9

Can you help with OSHA/ISO safety validation?

Accepted Answer

Describe your assessment and documentation requirements so the team can review the scope and necessary qualifications. Submitting a request does not certify equipment or establish regulatory compliance.

Question 10

Do you offer preventive maintenance plans or retainer SLAs?

Accepted Answer

Describe the equipment, operating schedule and maintenance needs to discuss possible arrangements. Any maintenance plan, response commitment or service agreement must be quoted and agreed separately.

Question 11

What robot brands do you service?

Accepted Answer

Include the manufacturer, model, controller and application in your request. The team will review whether the requested work and equipment can be supported before confirming service.

Question 12

How fast can a technician arrive?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the issue, technician availability and facility access. Submit a request so the team can confirm the next steps before dispatch.
